Corine van Staalduinen, M.Ed, BCBA – Autism Family Support Specialist

Little Talks Autism Consulting was founded by Corine in 2015. Corine holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree in Special Education. She has been qualified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2010.As our most experienced consultant, Corine has been working with autistic children since 2005. After meeting her now husband, Corine moved to the North East of England from Canada. They now live in Teesside with their daughter and Corine works with families across Teesside. As a bi-lingual English and Dutch speaker, Corine is able to provide services in either language at request

Marjorie Whin-Jones, MSc, BCBA – Autism Family Support Specialist

Marjorie joined Little Talks Autism Consulting in 2016. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Sciences degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Since 2018, Marjorie has been qualified as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Marjorie lives in Whitley Bay with her daughter and husband. As well as working with local clients across North Tyneside, Marjorie works with families in Newcastle Upon Tyne, South Tyneside, and Teesside.

Initially, Marjorie worked with adults with autism and learning disabilities in supported living. However, once she began working with children in 2013 she found her true passion. You’ll find she loves sharing art and messy play activities with the children.

Ailsa Hemphill, MA, PGDip, BCaBA – Autism Family Support Specialist

Ailsa started working with Little Talks Autism Consulting in 2015 as one-to-one teacher. She has provided family support services since 2017. She has 14 years’ experience supporting children on the autism spectrum in home, school and community settings.

Ailsa holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Philosophy from the University of Glasgow and Durham University, and she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019. She became a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) in 2020. Ailsa currently lives in Glasgow, and offers in-person services to families based in the central belt of Scotland.

Larissa Quiroga, MSc – Autism Family Support Specialist

Larissa joined the Little Talks team in 2020. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis with an emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support.

Since 2017, Larissa has enjoyed supporting children aged 2-14 with learning and behavioural difficulties at home, school and in the community. During her sessions, Larissa brings enthusiasm and creativity to support her children’s learning and progress.

As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, Larissa can provide services in both these languages. At present, she lives in Gateshead and works across North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Arianna Wise, MS, BCBA – Autism Family Support Specialist

Arianna has been working with children and teenagers on the autism spectrum since 2016. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Since 2019, she has been qualified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). In 2022, Arianna moved to the UK from America and joined the Little Talks Team.

Currently based in North Tyneside, Arianna works with families across Tyne & Wear. On the weekends, Arianna enjoys visiting National Trust sites, baking, and cooking with her family.

Emily Davis, MSc, MSc – Junior Autism Family Support Specialist

Emily joined Little Talks Autism Consulting in 2022. She has an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Psychology. She also has a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Since 2015, Emily has been passionate about working with autistic children. Helping the children she works with to unlock their full potential is undoubtedly one of Emily’s favourite parts of her work.

Emily is based in East Calder and works with autistic children and their families across Edinburgh and West Lothian.
